Twenty-year-old musician, Abdullah Siddiqui has already impressed us by making it to Forbes 30 under 30 list and now he’s hit another milestone by being a part of Coke Studio 14 as an associate producer. This season is being helmed by Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan (popularly known as Xulfi).

Electronic Music expert Abdullah took to his Instagram and revealed the big secret and shared how he’s grateful to Xulfi for this huge opportunity.
“To anyone who’s been wondering what I was doing for most of 2021, this is it. I was associate producer on the upcoming season of Coke Studio under the guidance of Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan,” he announced.
He shared that he “got to make a whole lot of music” for the upcoming season. ” I also got to help curate the line-up of artists.”

“I will forever be grateful to Xulfi for trusting me with his brainchild and for taking me on the greatest artistic journey of my life so far. And I can’t wait for you all to hear these songs,” he continued to express his gratitude. He also shared that he “got to sing a song with the coolest collaborator one can ask for”.
The electropop genius has without a doubt taken Pakistan’s indie music scene by storm.
Abdullah already has three albums under his belt — Heterotopia, Metannoya and dead Beat poets. He has also produced Meesha Shafi’s song titled
Hot Mango Chutney Sauce.
According to a press release, Coke Studio’s upcoming season strives for a revitalized vibe featuring fresh stars and a modern outlook that will reflect the voice of the youth. Judging by that, Abdullah seems like a perfect addition to create the ‘magic’.
Speaking of the upcoming season, Fahad Ashraf, VP Coca-Cola Pakistan and Afghanistan shared that while the values remain the same, Coke Studio is now leaning into the future by deliberately including the GenZ sound.
