Written and composed by Meesha, the lyrics explore the soul of womanhood. Her hard-hitting lucid words are impactful and define the rightful status of women which is denied in our society. “Look at you, you look like a queen… So benevolent and oh so haseen… Teray pairon talay suna jannat milay, Tu ghazab hai tu mahjabeen”. Truer words have not been sung to praise the feminine spirit which is crushed by forces of patriarchy.
