Nadeem Baig’s highly anticipated upcoming drama serial
Sinf-e-Aahan is in the news for its ensemble cast. The drama has a remarkable female cast including acting powerhouses like Sajal Aly and Yumna Zaidi as well as big names ace performers like Kubra Khan, Syra Yousuf and Ramsha Khan.
Recently, we shared that Usman Mukhtar is the new addition as one of the male characters. But the most recent one to join the shoot is a relatively new face; fashion model Merub Ali, who is usually seen on social media and in a few videos of Sajjad Ali, has also joined the cast of
Sinf-e-Aahan.
Merub shared a few pictures with Yumna Zaidi on her Instagram and she mentioned
Sinf-e-Aahan in the caption. It appears that Merub might be playing Yumna’s younger sister or a friend in the drama.
“Ao phir se candids lete hain Yumna Zaidi. Super honoured to be a part of this amazing project. #SinfeAahan The women of steel,” she wrote.
Yumna replied on the post and called her “the cutest and the prettiest.” Earlier, Yumna also shared a picture from their shoot.
Not much has been revealed about the story, but it is the story of five female cadets who will have their own journeys. It is representing the transformation of women who are usually called
Sinf-e-Naazuk [the delicate class] toÂ
Sinf-e-Aahan [the iron-willed class] i.e. women of steel.

Samina Humayun Saeed and Sana Shahnawaz of Next Level Entertainment, along with Humayun Saeed and Shahzad Nasib of Six Sigma Plus have joined hands to produce the drama in association with ISPR.
Sinf-e-Aahan is written by renowned playwright Umera Ahmed and is being directed by Nadeem Baig. The drama will air soon on ARY Digital.
