The motion teaser of Mohib Mirza’s directorial debut Ishrat Made in China was well-received when it was revealed last year. It built up hype and curiosity, leading to the first look that was unveiled a few days ago, which showed us a little bit more about the characters in the movie.
While the motion teaser kept us in the dark and didn’t show any character’s complete look, this one has opened many chapters. Fans finally got to see the lead pair — Mohib Mirza and Sanam Saeed — together in their element. Mohib is seen in a completely new avatar as Ishrat with muscles and a ripped body. Sanam appears to be part of a lot of musical sequences and colourful shots with perfectly blow-dried hair and makeup.
We also get to see glimpses of HSY in a warrior suit fighting with Ishrat, while Shamoon is dressed up in a very different avatar as a Chinese philosopher.

There is running, action, fight sequences, dances, colours, scenic views, probably a shoot in China or other foreign location and a lot more packaged in this masala entertainer. Ishrat Made In China is an action comedy that’s said to be a spin-off of Mirza’s satirical show Ishrat Baji (2006).
That’s not all that Ishrat Made in China has to offer; the film also features Ali Kazmi, Sara Loren, Mani, Imam Syed, Shabbir Jan, Nayyar Ejaz and Mustafa Chaudhry in important roles.
