Teasers out: Atif Aslam’s television debut in Sang E Mah leaves fans excited

Sang e Mar Mar starring an pool of talented actors was one of the biggest hits of 2016. So, it came as a refreshing news for fans when five years later, the director Saife Hasan shared that the drama is being made into a trilogy and the first one to be aired will be Sang E Mah. Now Hum TV has released two of its teasers after much hype and anticipation, and both of them feature Atif Aslam along with other actors. Interestingly, Atif has been cast in a role which requires him to sing and thus fans were pleasantly surprised from the first teaser. Atif is playing the role of Hilmand, and his dialogues and poetry will leave a lasting impression. He claims to behave as Iblees’ father in order to avenge his father. Kubra Khan is playing Sheherzaad and Hania Aamir is playing Gul Meena. The posters of the drama have introduced us to the characters of Naumaan Ijaz, who will be essaying the role of Haji Marjaan Khan, and Sania Saeed who will be seen as Zarghuna. Directed by Saife Hassan and written by Mustafa Afridi, it is produced by Momina Duraid Productions. The cast of the drama includes the father-son duo Naumaan Ijaz and Zaviyar, Hania Aamir, Kubra Khan, Omair Rana, Sania Saeed, Samiya Mumtaz, Najiba Faiz, Hasan Noman amongst many others.
